Hunter Safety Course - Success!
The hunter safety class is now complete and there are 39 new hunters in MA as a result! We had a good mix of gender and age groups with 13 women and 7 adolescents attending. Thanks to our lead instructor Tim Bradbury of the Dept. of Fisheries and Wildlife and special thanks to Volunteer Instructors: Rod Correia of Middleboro, Mike Walsh of W. Yarmouth and Norm Saucier of Fairhaven!
Watch our web page for an announcement of dates for Hunter Ed for this Fall!
Change to the Range Rules!
As of 4/4/2017, shooting in the indoor range (downstairs in the clubhouse) is limited to
lead bullets only (all calibers), no hollow points!
AS OF 3/7/2017
PORTABLE TARGET STANDS ARE PROHIBITED
FROM ALL RANGES.
Annual Election and Meeting!
The Annual Election will be held at the January 2019 membership meeting. The four officers and four directors are up for election plus 2 alternate directors. If you wish to give back to the club by running for office, please respond to David Junier at david@Paramed.comcastbiz.net . Please specify which office you want to run for, and please provide a phone number where you can be reached. You must be at least 19 years old, and you must be a member in good standing for two consecutive years prior to the election.
PS: It is a lot easier on everyone if you don't wait to the last minute to decide!
Nearly all of the maintenance, improvements, and activities at the RGCNB are made possible because members (with jobs and family obligations like you) generously donate their time for the benefit
of all members.
How much time have you donated to the betterment of your club this year? If you answered, "None", "'Zero," "Zip," or "Zilch," please consider your contribution.
You can reach out to any of the committee chairpersons, or volunteer for these tasks:
